Instagram Page - @mjmaniajeans.usa / www.maniajeans.com Inventory Management Receive, count, verify, and process incoming merchandise shipments. Accurately scan, label, sort, and stock inventory. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged goods. Assist with physical inventory counts and warehouse audits. Ensure merchandise is properly categorized, organized, and stored. Verify quantities and product information before shipment. Assist in prioritizing urgent store requests and replenishment needs. Order Fulfillment Process transfers between warehouse and retail locations. Pack merchandise according to company standards. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Handle clothing, footwear, accessories, and other fashion merchandise with care. Properly fold, package, hang, tag, and prepare products for retail presentation. Inspect merchandise for quality, defects, damage, in compliance with standards. Warehouse Organization Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas. Organize stock locations for maximum efficiency and accessibility. Assist in implementing new warehouse systems and operational procedures. Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or maintenance concerns immediately. Assist with maintaining warehouse equipment and work areas. Provide recommendations for improving productivity and accuracy. Participate in training and continuous improvement projects. Adapt to new technologies, warehouse management systems and procedures. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, accessories, retail, or e-commerce distribution Ability to accurately pick, pack, receive, and process merchandise. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality, strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Experience using RF scanners and barcode systems. Forklift and pallet jack experience (if applicable). Knowledge of apparel SKU management and retail inventory processes. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
