Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in Spot Zero's warehouse operations by accurately processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting overall warehouse organization. This role ensures that products are received, stocked, picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of outbound shipments. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits. Work closely with the other team members to ensure smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all inventory items. Support the process of returning and restocking of items in coordination with operations and customer service. Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages. Assist in managing returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist in developing and improving warehouse and inventory procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Assist in ensuring production has all inventory daily to fulfill production orders. Assist to help manage all bin locations and ensure all bins are stocked properly for start of each work day.
Requirements:
Requirements 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory. Proficiency in inventory software, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment & Schedule:
Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures. Requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 15 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working on a computer.
