In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming shipments, verifying deliveries, and ensuring products are accurately received and stored. Your proactive approach will help streamline our warehouse distribution process, support order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and completeness Load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols Accurately stock products in designated warehouse locations, utilizing order pickers and AS400 systems for inventory management Prepare items for shipment by packaging and labeling orders according to company standards Assist with order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes to support timely delivery for e-commerce orders Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves efficiently and conducting regular inventory counts with basic math skills Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse distribution operations and support load & unload activities Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning), and RF scanners Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including stocking, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and stock management Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive efficiency!
