About Evolution Trailer Evolution Trailer is the industry leader in fully welded aluminum boat trailers. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and trailer parts/components Check-in inventory and file paperwork properly Stock inventory in designated item location after receiving Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment Accurately document shipping weights and dimensions for all outgoing packages Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; Includes entire shop, keep clean, and organized. Operate and maintain floor scrubber Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience mandatory Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods Basic math and computer skills Forklift experience a must Experience with hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
