Warehouse Supervisor / Manager Job Summary A Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized work environment. May be some small tool repairs, general housekeeping of surrounding work area indoors and outdoors. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Operate warehouse equipment such as warehouse and extended reach forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts and audits Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times Label, tag, and document inventory properly Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, including loading equipment and tools for job sites Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Exposure to varying temperatures, working in a warehouse and outdoors that are affected by the weather.
