Job Description

Position Overview Neele-Vat USA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Solutions Specialist to support our warehouse operations team. This role serves as a key point of contact for our warehouse clients, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient processing of inbound and outbound orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has strong organizational skills, and demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and customers, providing timely and professional communication. Process inbound and outbound warehouse orders accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Issue and manage warehouse receipts, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient handling, storage, and shipment of goods. Monitor customer inventory transactions and respond to inquiries regarding order status, inventory levels, and shipment details. Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipping documentation, or order processing. Maintain accurate records of customer activity, transactions, and communications. Assist in scheduling inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer-specific requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service (3PL experience preferred). Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes. Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or freight forwarding. Knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory management processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Work Environment Office-based role located within or adjacent to warehouse operations. Regular interaction with warehouse personnel and customers. Fast-paced logistics environment with time-sensitive responsibilities.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
