In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks that keep our projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will help ensure the smooth execution of daily activities, contributing directly to the success of our team. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual tools or basic machinery Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or tools Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks such as measuring, cutting, or assembling components Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a tidy workspace Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards Experience Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely in various weather conditions Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of following instructions carefully Strong communication skills to understand directions and work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry materials for extended periods Call Bobby @ 727-600-5518 to discuss the position further
