Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes, and supporting order fulfillment to meet customer demands. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Manage warehouse distribution processes by stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments with proper documentation Perform order picking using order pickers and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately Support inventory control through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining organized storage areas Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks efficiently using load & unload techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment Valid forklift certification with proficiency in operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms for inventory tracking Strong understanding of warehouse processes including stocking, picking & packing, order picking, and load & unload procedures Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy Knowledge of e-commerce logistics workflows and order processing systems such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success! $20.60 - $24.30 per hour
