Warehouse Specialist

Randstad is looking for warehouse lead specialist to work with a growing medical supply company on the Southside of Jacksonville. You will be responsible for shipping and receiving all orders, assisting in packaging kits, and preparing domestic and international customs paperwork. A minimum of years of shipping, warehouse, and inventory software experience is required.

salary:

$19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

AssociateResponsibilities Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming stock accurately while updating inventory logs.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring high-quality standards.

Communication with customers:

email and oral communication with customers about orders and shipments.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.

Safety & Maintenance:

Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and report any damaged or broken inventory/equipment.

Logistics & Distribution:

Assist with loading/unloading trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Housekeeping:

Ensure the warehouse and facilities are clean and organized.

Skills:

Organizational skills, basic math skills, and ability to use inventory software (Fishbowl Inventory Management Software).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work in varying temperature conditions.
