Do you enjoy working with people? Then consider joining us as a Contract Logistics Warehouse Associate at our site in Jupiter, Florida. As the Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading / unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. The Warehouse Associate can be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will perform multiple warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the distribution center such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your work schedule will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with a weekly pay rate of $19.50 per hour. How you create impact Essential Duties and Functions Responsibilities may include receiving, checking, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and storing Verify and receive materials into inventory Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit Work from pick sheet to pull product or supplies Check orders against pull sheets Use material handling equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers Work overtime and weekends Other responsibilities as needed What we would like you to bring Knowledge, Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Must be a U.S. citizen At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate-controlled environment Basic math skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds What's in it for you Knowledge, Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate-controlled environment Basic math skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Who we are Logistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
