Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, positive attitude and detail-oriented Golf Shaft Builder & Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality golf shafts, ensuring precision and craftsmanship, while also managing warehouse operations to support efficient production flow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to delivering top-tier golf equipment. Your energy, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality will drive success in this vital role. Responsibilities Assemble golf shafts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment according to precise specifications. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure durability and performance standards are met. Operate warehouse equipment safely to receive, store, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment in the manufacturing facility. Prepare finished products for shipping by packaging and labeling with attention to detail with the existing team. Support warehouse organization by keeping work areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production targets efficiently. Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with assembly line processes and the use of hand tools and power tools is essential. Warehouse experience involving and inventory management is a strong plus. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing equipment will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain high-quality standards is required.
