Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary PCE Americas is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and international supply chain activities at our Jupiter, Florida location. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with international purchasing, logistics coordination, and ERP-based inventory management for a diverse catalog of products. With a diverse catalog of over 500 different types of instruments, we focus on quality, accuracy, and reliable service while managing a global supply chain. Our U.S. operations are based in Jupiter, Florida. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders accurately Manage and track an inventory of over 500 different types of instruments using ERP systems Place and track purchase orders with international suppliers Communicate with overseas vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and deliveries Coordinate inbound international shipments and logistics Assist with customs documentation and ensure tariff and import compliance Use ERP systems to manage inventory, purchasing, and order tracking Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks; forklift if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Collaborate with operations and logistics teams Qualifications Associate's degree required Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience Previous warehouse management or lead experience required Experience ordering through international suppliers Strong understanding of logistics, international shipping, and tariffs Hands-on experience with ERP systems Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus Ability to manage a large and diverse inventory Familiarity with customs documentation and import processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Forklift experience or willingness to be trained Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
