In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless order fulfillment and contribute to the overall success of our distribution process. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics coordination. Duties pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to company standards and shipping requirements Verify incoming and outgoing shipments through shipping & receiving procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness Use basic math skills to count inventory, calculate weights, or measure dimensions for proper storage and shipping Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks and managing stock levels with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems such as AS400 Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn on the job Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP platforms is a plus Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs enhances your suitability for this role Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing techniques, and e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where your contributions directly impact our customers' satisfaction!
