Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies. Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse management systems. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues. Ensure all clerical duties related to the warehouse are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in logistics or inventory management is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse/inventory systems (e.g., WMS or ERP software). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. We are Quirch Foods.
