Share Warehouse Person, AM, Industrial Maintenance, Lakeland 37771BR Lakeland, FL Department Distribution Maintenance Description cleaning warehouse, restrooms, offices, outside areas or trailers dumping trash and picking up damaged product keeping work area clean operating and maintaining the sweeper/scrubber operating powered industrial equipment to load or unload trailers and move pallets or merchandise to designated areas preparing paperwork setting up the receiving dock sorting pallets, product or equipment sweeping and mopping floors assisting in other duties as assigned. Frequency of Pay Weekly Minimum Base Pay 15.75 Maximum Base Pay 21.75 Potential Annual Base Pay 32,760 - 45,240 Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in December. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
