Job Description
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime Opportunities Available We are a family-owned and operated chemical manufacturing company seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products, supporting production operations, and ensuring packaged products are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining our high standards for quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Package chemical products from bulk containers into smaller containers according to established procedures. Operate and support the fill line, including installing sprayers and other packaging components. Inspect, package, label, and prepare products according to company specifications and quality standards. Operate semi-automatic and automatic packaging equipment as required. Coordinate production activities to meet daily production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment. Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience. Assembly line, packaging, or production experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
