Warehouse Associate - Contract To Hire A growing company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, kitting, and inventory management, with a focus on accuracy and keeping things running smoothly. Shift of the
Warehouse Associate:
M-F 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate of the
Warehouse Associate:
$20-$22/hr DOE Responsibilities of the
Warehouse Associate:
Receive and process incoming packages accurately. Pack and prepare shipments for outbound delivery. Kit parts in accordance with order requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Document inventory transactions through NetSuite CRM. Use Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams, for daily communication and tasks. Qualifications of the
Warehouse Associate:
Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate CRM and Microsoft Office platforms. Experience with NetSuite or a similar inventory management system is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse, shipping, or kitting experience is preferred.
