This position is responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks and warehouse management systems. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position in a clean, air-conditioned warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems and QuickBooks to maintain accurate stock records. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload trucks while verifying inbound and outbound shipments. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material-handling equipment as required. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management, order processing, and cycle counts. Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with inventory reconciliation. Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and follow established inventory procedures. Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience required. Experience with QuickBooks and inventory management systems preferred. Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
