Receiving Warehouse Associate

The Receiving Warehouse Associate is the operational backbone of Rivero Solutions' daily activities. This role is responsible for executing a dynamic variety of tasks including receiving, storage, movement, and distribution of materials, adapting swiftly to the needs of both the Inbound and Outbound departments. The Warehouse Associate is essential to ensuring physical inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and the maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized work environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and an unwavering commitment to product care and operational standards.

II. KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading & Unloading:

Receive, visually inspect, and unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers following established safety stacking patterns to prevent product damage and personal injury.

Physical Order Preparation:

Receive, count, repalletize and physically prepare products for putting away in racks, following RF scanner instructions with precision and accuracy. Make sure all products are inspected and are in upright position before putting away.

Product Organization & Storage:

Organize and safely store products in their designated locations according to area leader instructions, ensuring WMS location accuracy is maintained at all times.

Pallet Preparation:

Properly stretch-wrap, label, and strap pallets in preparation for storage or outbound shipping, ensuring all loads are stable, secure, for proper storage measurement in racks and compliant with carrier requirements.

Logistics Support:

Assist in shipment coordination and provide cross-functional support to other departments as directed by area leads and the Operations Supervisor.

Forklift:

Use Forklift to off load/ load trucks and move around pallets on a necessary basis.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
