Job Description
At Duty Free Holding, we operate retail stores located inside airports throughout the United States. Our warehouse team plays a critical role in supporting store operations by managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise from our warehouse to our retail locations. As our company continues to grow, we offer opportunities for advancement and professional development. We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our team at our Medley location. This position combines warehouse operations with local delivery responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with warehouse functions, including order fulfillment and inventory handling, while also transporting merchandise between our warehouse and retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for shipment and delivery. Accurately process orders using pick tickets, packing slips, and scan guns. Load, unload, and move merchandise safely, including items up to 50 lbs. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Deliver merchandise between warehouse and retail locations as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Assist with daily warehouse operations and contribute to process improvements. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish (Spanish-only applicants are welcome). At least 1 year of warehouse experience and 1 year of driving experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and adapt to changing priorities. High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to pass a background check. Compensation & Benefits- Flexible scheduling options available based on business needs.

Reporting Structure:
This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.Work Environment:
