Positions Available Required:

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months' experience Skills test - Employer will perform testing Description Labor Finders has multiple openings for General Laborers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach areas.
We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: performing physical tasks on construction sites and/or customer locations, such as warehouses, load, unload and move materials and equipment, assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and setup, utilize hand tools to perform basic tasks, clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards and other general labor tasks as assigned. Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary in specific location day to day but will be in and around Northern Beachside . Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance, and performance feedback.
