Starting at $16/hour (Higher pay available based on experience, skills, and qualifications) Job Summary Space Coast Trim & Door is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. This position plays a critical role in receiving, organizing, staging, and preparing materials for production and deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that requires heavy lifting, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Pull and stage materials for production and delivery teams Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Verify materials against packing slips and work orders Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment when authorized Assist production and delivery teams as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly (50+ lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or material handling experience Forklift experience and certification (preferred but not required) Construction material, door, trim, or building supply experience Basic computer skills for inventory management Experience with inventory control and warehouse organization What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skills Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement and career growth On-the-job training and skill development Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into leadership, logistics, inventory control, production, or delivery roles Why Join Space Coast Trim & Door?
