This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, and is comfortable operating warehouse equipment and systems. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process transactions Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed Stock and organize warehouse inventory and staging areas Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, packaging quality, and labeling Assist with shipping and receiving documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and packaging Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Familiarity with WMS or inventory management systems Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments Basic computer and data entry skills Experience supporting e-commerce or high-volume order fulfillment operations
