Job Description
Overview Join our fast growing direct to consumer operation. You will be in charge of packing hundreds of items a day to send out to our customers. Also will be in charge of receiving and doing inventory of new items. Responsibilities Safely load and unload trucks using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to handle incoming and outgoing shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision for efficient order picking and packing tasks. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize warehouse space and facilitate quick retrieval. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using basic math skills to verify stock accuracy. Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and packaged securely. Qualifications Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Ability to work safely around pallet jacks/fork lifts. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset ready to contribute positively to our warehouse operations. No prior experience required, we will train you.
