Site Logistics and Materials Support Worker Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in logistics, inventory support, stock organization, materials handling, warehouse support, operational support, or other related work involving the movement, organization, tracking, or distribution of materials, supplies, tools, or equipment.
  • Regularly lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Maintain organized work areas and safely handle materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Access to transportation to and from assigned work locations.
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and the proper handling of tools, materials, and equipment preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, move, sort, and organize tools, materials, equipment, and supplies at assigned work locations.
  • Stage materials and supplies in designated areas in accordance with supervisor instructions and daily workflow needs.
  • Assist with job-site preparation and cleanup, including debris collection, sweeping, disposal support, and maintaining orderly work areas.
  • Support supervisors and crew members with site logistics, material distribution, and general operational assistance.
  • Track commonly used materials and supplies and report shortages or disorganization to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist with the safe handling and movement of flooring-related materials, tools, and debris under supervision.
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools as instructed.
  • Maintain organized storage areas for materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment, hazard awareness, and reporting of safety concerns or equipment issues.
  • Work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to dust, noise, changing temperatures, and physically active conditions.
