Our Merritt Island headquarters boasts a large, advanced warehouse and production operation, crucial to our manufacturing and distribution network. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machining, production, and inventory workflows, supporting fast-paced outbound and inbound product movement. Responsibilities Use an RF scanner to pick, sort, and track inventory accurately. Operate a manual pallet jack to move pallets, boxes, and products throughout the warehouse. Pick and pack products according to order requirements with high accuracy. Palletize outbound products and stage pallets for shipment. Load and unload boxes and assist with general warehouse tasks. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and scanning processes. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment where warehouse temperatures vary. Opportunity to train and operate forklifts in the future based on performance. Essential Skills Experience using an RF scanner in a warehouse setting. Ability to operate a manual pallet jack safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking/packing orders. Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse. Dependable attendance and ability to work four 10-hour shifts. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new equipment, including future forklift operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Opportunity for forklift training and certification based on performance. Ability to work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays. Our facility supports a fast-paced environment with advanced machining, production, and inventory workflows. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
