In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Whether you're operating equipment or managing inventory systems, your contributions will drive our success and keep our operations moving forward with momentum. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, move, and organize products safely and efficiently Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update stock records accurately Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order picking techniques and packaging best practices to ensure timely delivery Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Stock shelves systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for order fulfillment Assist in inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and data entry into MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems such as AS400 Support warehouse distribution processes by coordinating load & unload operations while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; certification is advantageous Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and MRP software like AS400 or similar platforms Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment techniques Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads safely and standing or walking for extended periods Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, picking & packing operations Join us in creating an energetic environment where your skills make a real impact!
