Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Almacen (Warehouse Associate) to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage inventory, operate heavy equipment, and ensure efficient warehouse distribution. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, materials handling, and safety protocols will help us maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and proper documentation via AS400 or similar systems Perform stock stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks with precision to meet customer demands Conduct heavy lifting and materials handling following OSHA safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations and maintaining organized storage areas Maintain mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance Experience Prior warehouse experience with a focus on inventory management and materials handling Proven ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, and order pickers Experience with warehouse management systems like AS400 or similar platforms Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Strong organizational skills in stocking, packing, shipping & receiving processes Join us to be part of a thriving team dedicated to operational excellence!
