This role combines the essential responsibilities of delivering goods efficiently and providing outstanding customer service with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and inventory management. You will play a vital part in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver products to customers across designated routes Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or by manual lifting, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for all shipments Follow planned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Assist with warehouse organization, including moving stock, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace Experience Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and load management Warehouse experience involving heavy lifting, moving goods, and operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and moving items safely Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, loading/unloading, and warehouse operations Join us in delivering excellence!
