Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, professional, and customer service-driven individual to join our Dock Staff team at our Boat Club location in Aventura. This is a full-time position seeking a long-term candidate. Applicants must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation. While knowledge of local waterways is preferred, it is not required. Marine mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications:
MUST be able to operate boats under 30' Strong time management and organizational abilities Clear and effective communication with team members, club owners, and members Keen attention to detail Ability to foster positive relationships with both team members and customers MUST be available to work weekends Florida Boaters License required
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the club's fleet of boats Confirm reservations with members over the phone Assist members and their guests with boarding and disembarking boats, including handling boating supplies, fishing gear, coolers, etc. Support members with docking upon departure and return if needed Utilize the online reservation system to log engine hours, fuel usage, and safety equipment Inspect boats before and after each use to ensure no damage has occurred Coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs with the operations team or external vendors
Pay:
Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00, plus daily cash gratuities from members. We are excited to welcome a dependable and energetic team member who is eager to contribute to an exceptional member experience each weekend.
Pay:
