In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. Your hands-on approach and positive attitude will help ensure projects stay on track and safety standards are met. This position offers an engaging environment where your hard work directly contributes to the completion of important projects and the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or equipment Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials or assisting with basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper care and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness of work areas to promote safety and productivity Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors Experience Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their skills in a fast-paced environment.
