Job Description

Lead Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) Miami, FL Temp-to-Hire TempExperts is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) to support daily warehouse operations for a high volume company located in Miami, FL . This role includes basic warehouse functions along with support across order processing, shipping coordination, and end-of-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with shipping and receiving operations. Operate forklift to move, load, and organize materials. Support order picking and packing as needed. Review and inspect orders for accuracy and quality. Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups. Generate shipping reports, print pick tickets, and prepare labels. Assign and prioritize orders for order pickers. Load PODs and related documentation into the system. Assist with end-of-day reconciliation processes.
Requirements/Education:
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience. Lead experience preferred. Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Forklift experience required. TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
