Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Summary/Objective We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform various warehouse activities such as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize inventory and maintain inventory, process, pack, and ship orders. The warehouse associate performs their duties to quality and productivity standards. Duties/Responsibilities Receive, examine and route incoming shipments, record shortages and allocate good into inventory bin locations. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies; keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Maintain inventory of goods organized; restocking and consolidating as needed. Performing cycle counts and checking inventory for accuracy. Inspect products for damages; report as needed. Follow all safety protocol and all warehouse procedures. The noise level in the work environment can also be loud. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires lifting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 40 pounds.
