Warehouse Associate/Order Picker

E-COMMERCE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER

Work Shift/Schedule:

Monday - Friday (5-day working schedule) Shift 9am - 5 pm. Weekends and holidays may be required.

Salary:

$17-20/hour, depends on the experience and skills. Two weeks of paid vacation a year. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment and is Computer savvy. The job requires attention to detail and being able to keep products and warehouse tidy and clean. Candidate should be able to operate electric pallet stacker and Reach truck. We are looking for somebody to stay with us for the long run. U.S. DUTIES

Receiving:

Receive and count incoming Shipments of New Products and Returns; Load, unload or stack containers or pallets of products; register all incoming shipments; sort products according to our procedures.

Storing:

Package goods for storage or shipment. Some will require re-boxing and/or re-labeling and palletizing. Operating electric pallet stacker, reach truck.

Shipping:

Pick & Pack Products from inventory, Prepare boxes with labels and packing lists as necessary, Ship New Orders, Prepare labels for UPS/Fedex/USPS website, Prepare and ship batches of products for fulfillment, Request Shipping materials, Register outgoing shipments.

Refurbishing:

Refurbish products when possible. Re-package and/or Re-label products when necessary.

Cleaning:

Clean work and storage areas throughout the warehouse to keep it neat and clean. Occasionally clean the offices. Maintain clean work, break & bathroom areas. Break down boxes, sweep and dispose of trash.

Maintenance:

Whenever needed, paint or fix anything simple in the warehouse.

Inventory Reporting & Checking:

Will need to regularly produce physical inventory reports and whenever needed spot check inventory of a certain product.

Requirements:

Experience with back-end systems such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Positive attitude. Excellent work ethic. Must be punctual, responsible, dependable and honest. Intelligent and Organized self-starter who can work independently with little direct supervision. Good and clear spoken and written English required. High attention to detail. Must be able to count product accurately and must be able to read and recognize product variations. Working on shipments might involve lifting boxes of up to 50 lbs. Shipping and packing experience. Ability to work on a deadline. Ability to learn new things, new software and retain information

Good Desktop Computer Skills:

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet, Messengers. Must have reliable transportation to get to warehouse. Warehouse located in Miami Dade area (33147). We'll train the right candidate. Reach truck and electric pallet stacker experience.
