About the Role Lifeline Inflatable Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Support Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace, and is interested in learning a specialized marine trade . This is more than a warehouse job — it's an opportunity to gain real-world experience assisting with inflatable boat and marine equipment repairs while supporting daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (sweeping, organizing tools, managing storage areas). Assist technicians with inflatable boat repairs and maintenance (training provided). Help move, stage, and store inflatables, boats, and marine safety equipment. Support shipping, receiving, and basic inventory organization. Prepare equipment for service, inspection, or customer pickup. Safely lift, move, and handle equipment and materials. Follow safety procedures and assist with general shop upkeep. Perform additional support tasks as needed to help the team succeed. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and organization. Willingness to learn a new trade and work hands-on with tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Mechanical aptitude or interest in boats, marine equipment, or repairs is a plus — not required .
