Requirements:

Position Summary The Yard Associate supports daily yard operations by handling, inspecting, preparing, and maintaining equipment while keeping the yard clean, organized, and safe. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and move equipment safely Inspect equipment, take photos, and complete documentation Clean and prepare rental equipment for use Perform basic maintenance and assist with new equipment setup Maintain yard and shop cleanliness Support technicians and branch operations as needed Requirements Valid driver's license Basic computer and mobile device skills Good communication and reliability Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions Why Join RECO?
