Environmental General Laborer

We are hiring a Laborer/Spotter to assist with general cleaning and support tasks around the facility. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is nice to have.

Requirements:

Steel-toe boots Reliable transportation Ability to start immediately PPE includes hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots, long pants (no shorts), and eye protection. A vest will be provided on-site if needed. Job Summary Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision to support daily site operations, maintenance, and project work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additional minor duties may be assigned as needed. Perform general labor tasks including, but not limited to: Lifting, carrying, and moving materials Loading and unloading vehicles Digging and refilling holes Mowing grass, trimming vegetation, and operating basic equipment Assisting with site cleanup, maintenance, and support tasks Follow all company safety policies and site procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor or site lead. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not include any supervisory duties.

Qualifications Education and Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED; 0-4 years of prior general labor or related experience.

Preferred:

Associate degree or equivalent experience; 0-4 years of relevant work experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Physically capable of performing manual labor throughout the workday. Basic ability to use common tools and equipment. Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Occasional use of fine motor coordination (e.g., tool use, light equipment operation). Frequent physical effort required when lifting or handling objects under 30 lbs. Occasional exposure to occupational hazards such as cuts, burns, or chemicals. Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and varying weather conditions.
