Hot Box Pretzels —
Warehouse Shipping Associate Location:
Neptune Beach, FL Pay:
$15-$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Part-time | Monday-Wednesday required, with occasional Thursday or Friday shifts based on demand About Us Hot Box Pretzels is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer pretzel bite brand born out of Jacksonville's food truck scene and featured on Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars. We ship pretzel bites nationwide and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our warehouse operations. The Role We're hiring a Warehouse Shipping Associate to help us get our pretzel bites from our facility to customers' doors. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, small-team environment where every order matters. What You'll Do Bag pretzel bites into retail packaging Prep packaging materials and assemble shipping boxes Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately Assist with general warehouse setup, organization, and end-of-day cleanup Help maintain a clean, food-safe workspace What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual — we're a small team and count on each other Comfortable with physical, on-your-feet work in a warehouse setting Detail-oriented when it comes to order accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Previous warehouse, shipping, or food production experience is a plus but not required Once you submit your application, please fill out this Google Form additional questions: https://forms.gle/2yH2dmryFN691wjH7
