Temp warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. Accurately maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (if certified). Ensure products are stored in the proper locations. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior warehouse or distribution experience a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided). Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.] regularly. Basic math and organizational skills. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts if needed.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse/distribution setting. Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving of goods. May operate equipment and handle various products.
