Tele Health Program What are your contributions to the team?
- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions)
- Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform all work in a safe and timely manner
- Receive / visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage (BAS Only)
- Distribute parts, materials, tools and ground support equipment with regard to aircraft delivery schedules. May assist in ordering parts if required (BAS only)
- Verify and reconcile appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory (via cycle counts, perpetual, work-in-progress) using computerized / manual systems to include purchased parts, manufactured parts, materials, tools, etc.
- Assist in loading / unloading shipments
- Execute timely Aircraft-On-the-Ground (AOG) purchase orders and Repair Station Work Orders
- Ensure proper storage and packaging of all items for shipment per requirements (i.e., export compliance, hazmat shipping, parts protections and A/C schedule)
- Proper handling of Customer Owned Property (Green tag units - Commercial only) How to thrive in this role?
- Typically a minimum of three (3) years experience in one of the following: Warehouse, Shipping / Receiving & Tool Crib
- Basic knowledge of purchasing, service orders/ methods
- Basic knowledge of AOG procedures
- Trained in Hazardous Materials Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of SAP (or Syteline for Commercial)
