This role ensures that all materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered in a timely and compliant manner. Maintains high standards for inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and team safety while ensuring alignment with project deadlines. This position works closely with project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors to guarantee that all materials and jobsite resources are available when needed. The Warehouse Manager also leads a team of associates, implements process improvements, and oversees vehicle readiness and maintenance to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Help manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving, shipping, staging, and order fulfillment
  • Track inventory with high accuracy using WMS or inventory software; execute cycle counts and audits
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure material availability for all construction projects
  • Help oversee vehicle maintenance, inspection logs, and DOT compliance for warehouse delivery fleet
  • Help design and maintain efficient warehouse layout for productivity and safety Qualifications
  • 1 + years of experience working in warehouse operations, preferably in telecom, utilities, or construction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear Driving Record mandatory
