U.S. FSSI
East is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Orlando, Florida . This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods to customers. Additionally, the role serves as a backup driver, operating company vehicles as needed.
Full-time Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.
JOB DUTIES
Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming materials; verify shipments against packing lists/invoices. Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs. Assist with month-end inventory counts and reporting. Wrap and prepare pallets and shipments according to client requests. Operate forklifts/pallet jacks to organize inventory, and to pull, stage and return materials to and from production areas. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including daily removal of trash, cardboard, along with other general upkeep. Serve as backup driver when needed: load and drive company vehicles to deliver mail or materials to the post office, keeping vehicles clean and reporting any issues to management. Assist with other tasks as assigned. Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous warehouse experience required, including inventory management and forklift operation. Class E Florida driver's license required. Driving experience preferred, particularly operating company vehicles. Candidate must meet company insurance requirements; a motor vehicle report will be conducted prior to hire. Strong organization and time management skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and upper-body movement, along with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds independently, as well as push or pull rolling stock of up to 100 pounds with a pallet jack. Regular use of hands and arms for handling, reaching, talking, and hearing is needed, along with vision requirements including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
