Responsibilities include:
Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments Organizing and stocking inventory Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently Assisting customers, contractors, and delivery drivers with order pickup, product verification, loading assistance, and physical returns Maintaining accurate inventory counts Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe Operating warehouse equipment and tools responsibly Working closely with teammates and warehouse leadership to meet daily goals Supporting a positive customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Shows up on time and ready to contribute Takes pride in working safely Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and take on new challenges Takes ownership of their work Is dependable, accountable, and motivated Thrives in a fast-paced environment Communicates professionally and respectfully with coworkers, customers, contractors, and delivery drivers Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company Qualifications Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Forklift experience is a plus Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day Basic computer skills are a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving products throughout the workday.
