Location:

West End of Panama City Beach, FL Join our team as a General Laborer where your hard work is valued and your weekends start early. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are ready to contribute to a productive crew on the West End. The Schedule • D ays: Tuesday - Friday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!) •

Hours:

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM •

Overtime:

Typical and expected. •

Rate:

$16.00 per hour •

Status:

Temporary / Contract What You'll Do • M aterial

Handling:

Lift, carry, and move materials; assist with digging and site preparation. •

Construction & Site Support:

Support tradespeople, mix concrete, and set up/dismantle equipment or scaffolding. •

Property Maintenance:

Basic landscaping, mowing, debris removal, and minor repairs to structures. •

Logistics:

Load and unload trucks or containers manually or with assistance. •

Safety & Cleanup:

Maintain a spotless and hazard-free job site while strictly following safety protocols and wearing PPE. Requirements • R eliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for our team's success. •

Transportation:

Must provide your own reliable transportation to and from the job site on the West End of PCB. •

Physical Tasks:

Ability to frequently lift and move objects weighing 50-75 lbs unassisted as required by daily site tasks. •

Environment:

Ability to work a full 10-hour shift outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, or cold). •

Collaboration:
