We are looking for Painters Warehouse associates, Driver's helpers, and Drivers. Depending on experience we will determine which position you are best suited for.

Warehouse Associate:

Inventory organization and maintenance Inventory tracking as products moves through the warehouse Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances Fill and check customer orders Equipment maintenance and upkeep Routine cleaning duties Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Driver's Helper:

Load and unload the delivery vehicle Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation Use equipment such as Dollies and hand trucks as needed Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members Ability to perform heavy lifting. Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Driver:

Operate NON-CDL 26ft commercial Box Truck Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and Cargo to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo, utilizing dollies and hand trucks when necessary Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules Must be able to effectively lead a team of 2+ laborers Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers regarding delivery status.

Painters:

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience painting, staining, sanding, and refinishing furniture Ability to prep surfaces properly for smooth finishes Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and spray equipment Ability to match colors and maintain consistent quality Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Ability to follow instructions and complete projects on schedule Maintains a clean and organized workspace Takes pride in craftsmanship and finished products Physically able to lift furniture and stand for long periods Experience using paint sprayers, sanders, and hand tools preferred Ability to identify imperfections and correct them before final delivery Safety-conscious and follows workplace procedures
