Flexible (typically 30-40 hours per week) Job Description Complete H2O Minerals is a growing, science-backed mineral supplement company specializing in high-quality liquid mineral products. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Warehouse Assistant to support daily manufacturing, warehouse operations, sanitation, and order fulfillment activities. This role is ideal for someone who works well with their hands, follows directions carefully, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Production Fill and package liquid mineral supplement bottles accurately Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during manufacturing and production Assist with Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) compliance and documentation Label products and verify lot numbers and packaging accuracy Assist with filtering, bottling, and staging products for shipment Perform basic quality checks on products before shipment Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately Process shipping labels and assist with order preparation Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory shipments Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation Maintain organization of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods Cleaning & Sanitation Wash and sanitize manufacturing equipment, bottles, utensils, and production tools Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and production environment Perform routine cleaning of workstations, floors, storage areas, and equipment Follow workplace safety and sanitation procedures at all times Additional Duties Assist team members with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed Support general business operations in a growing company Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully Reliable and dependable attendance Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Ability to lift and move boxes and materials regularly Ability to stand for extended periods of time Basic computer skills are a plus Previous warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and organization Willingness to learn and grow with the company Ability to work efficiently and stay focused on detail-oriented tasks Benefits Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility Hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing business Supportive, team-oriented work environment Work Location On-site (local candidates preferred)
