Warehouse Worker Job Description This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including product assembly, packaging, and basic inventory control. You will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure parts are available, products are properly packaged, and the warehouse remains organized and efficient. Responsibilities Perform product assembly tasks on designated assembly lines according to established procedures and quality standards. Package products accurately and securely to meet shipping and customer requirements. Support basic inventory supply by pulling parts and materials as needed for production and assembly. Assist with basic inventory control activities, including organizing stock and helping maintain accurate counts. Provide general support to engineering and maintenance teams by ensuring required parts and materials are available. Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and follow all workplace safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area to support smooth warehouse production. Use basic computer applications to enter, update, and track information related to inventory, production, and packaging. Essential Skills High school education or equivalent. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with basic MS Office applications. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Basic understanding of warehouse production and inventory processes. Ability to stay organized and maintain orderly work areas. Comfort using computers for data entry and basic recordkeeping. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packaging environment is beneficial. Familiarity with basic inventory control practices is an advantage.
