Job Description

Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift Order Picker! Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we've been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we're looking for Material Handlers to help us keep tails wagging!

$20.00/hour

Plant City, Florida Schedules Available:
2nd
Shift:
Mon-Fri 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm - mandatory overtime if needed. What You'll Do ✔ Pick and pack customer orders using an order picker/cherry picker/RF scanner ✔ Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments ✔ Keep safety first—PPE required, teamwork encouraged What You Need ✅ Solid work experience picking orders with a cherry picker and RF scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years ✅ Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift 50+ pounds ✅ Reliable transportation to and from work ✅ Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay + benefits after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, 401k) Casual, team-focused environment 5-day work week, off Saturday and Sunday Employee discounts on pet products We give back to local charities and shelters Safety is our top priority!
