General Laborer Overtime Available

Toufayan Bakeries is currently hiring full-time General Labor associates for our industrial food production facility in Plant City, FL. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Available positions may include:

Production Line Workers Packing Associates Mixers Sanitation Crew Heavy General Labor This is a physically demanding position that may require lifting, standing for extended periods, repetitive movement, and working in warm or hot environments. Job Responsibilities Assist with daily food production operations Pack, mix, label, and handle products on production lines Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Support team members and supervisors as needed Follow workplace safety procedures at all times Requirements Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in hot conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Some positions may require prior experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Spanish speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply — we assist Spanish-speaking individuals as well (¡Hablamos Español!)

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$14.00 - $15.50 per hour After 40 hours, overtime pay increases to approximately $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Minimum of 58 hours per week required 5-day work schedule 12-hour shifts Apply Today
