Pompano Beach, FL Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This dual-role position involves making deliveries throughout the Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties) while also supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities Driver Duties:
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials and products to customer locations Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport Verify order accuracy upon delivery and obtain customer signatures as required Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip; report issues promptly Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
Warehouse Duties:
Receive, store, and organize inventory within the warehouse Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup Maintain accurate inventory by labeling and storing materials properly Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Schedule Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities available Must be available to work every other Saturday Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience (box truck or company vehicle preferred) Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Paid training Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment #June_2026_150
